Your Buckhead storm door is built to last for many years. Every Buckhead storm door comes with a Lifetime Warranty. We stand behind our door. If you have any issues please contact us immediately.
Warranty
- This warranty only covers the retractable screen door, all other products only have 1 year from time of purchase, proof of purchase will be required.
- Door warranty covers any manufacturing defect for Lifetime. This includes welding separations, or cracking on the style of the door.
- Hardware warranty is 1 year, covering workmanship and mechanical parts.
- Products must be installed in accordance to Buckhead's specifications and recommendations.
- Buckhead is not responsible for transportation damage or product handling. We are responsible for products shipped by us.
- Any alteration or changes to original design will void warranty.
- Screen or glass damage or breakage is not covered under warranty.
- Acts of God are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty extends to original homeowners of owner-occupied residential properties and covers manufacturer's defects.
- Warranty does not cover labor cost and reinstallation fees.
- Shipping charges may apply.
- Buckhead Building Products reserves the right to alter or discontinue any model or specification.
